Anna is looking forward
to her senior year in Atlanta, where she has a great job, a loyal best
friend, and a crush on the verge of becoming more. Which is why she is
less than thrilled about being shipped off to boarding school in Paris -
until she meets Etienne St. Clair: perfect, Parisian (and English and
American, which makes for a swoon-worthy accent), and utterly
irresistible. The only problem is that he's taken, and Anna might be,
too, if anything comes of her almost-relationship back home.
As winter melts into spring, will a year of romantic near - misses end with the French kiss Anna - and readers - have long awaited?

Cutest book ever!!!
Oh, I could gush on and on about Anna and The French Kiss. Seriously, don't tempt me. This book is just awesome!
Perkin didn't give you the usual insta-love kind of story. Although Anna couldn't take her eyes off St Clair at first but their love grew slowly. It did not feel rushed. And that's what I love about it.
St Clair is not your usual hot 6 foot tall bad/jerks kind of guy. He's so humble and he's like shorter than Anna but gosh he is so H-A-W-T!!! Seriously. St Clair has the swagger that got me falling head over heals for him.
But it's not all butterflies. Both Anna and St Clair has to face family problems. And I did want to chuck my book around the last 50 pages or so. It got frustrating before it got better.
Between this and Lola & the Boy Next Door, I chose Anna & the French Kiss. Maybe it's because of the beautiful settings. Or the love they have together. Or the problems they face together. Who knows? All I know is that I totally can't wait for Isla and The Happily Ever After. Who's with me?
